For the first time ever, 5 East 59th Street has hit the leasing market as a single-tenant retail re-positioning.

Rumor has it Cartier’s temporary location on the GM Building Plaza, directly across from 5 East 59thStreet, is so successful that it will remain their permanently as a second location to its iconic townhouse store.
